Our Approach

We have no doubt that every brand that wants to do commercial projects would say similar words, like “we guarantee the superior quality products with the best prices”. But in reality, how true this statement could be? This promise comes with a lot of prerequisites. To name a few: 1) whether or not have access to very professional manufacturers that could actually make superior products. 2) Whether or not be able to eliminate local showroom cost, warehouse and labor cost and other expensive overhead. 3) Whether or not be able to understand the engineering drawings that the designers or builders present and get right on the points of making the right products seamlessly.

Serene Valley have a four-phase approach to get the right answers to the above questions.

Phase I - Planning: If you and your customers have decided to use our standard products in our catalog, we could go directly to Phase III. However, it is likely that the project needs custom element in the products. In this case, you may give us the floor plan of the project site. Our design team will present you a few options that would match your design theme. The options could be presented in 3D rendering using professional softwares. You may then forward them to the project developers for final decisions.

Phase II - Implementation: Once the basic dimension and/or the design direction are determined, we will team up with the engineers in our manufacturing partners. All our manufacturing partners have good reputation in the industry and have long been the OEM manufacturers for big brand-names like Kohler and American Standard. For faucets, we could open new moulds to get the results you want and make a few sets of sample products for mock-up rooms.

Phase III - Production: Once the mock-up product installation is confirmed by the project developer, we will enter the production phase. We will have QC personnel with more than ten-years’ experience on-site during the whole production process. Every piece will be fully examined before being accepted by us. All the products will be fully in compliance with the standards in kitchen/bath industry such as cUPC, CE, Watermark/WELS, CARB, etc. If the project developer wants those products to be certified before acceptance, we will arrange the testing right away in our affiliated testing facilities. If our products fail the tests, we will bear all the testing fees and other consequences.

Phase IV - Completion: At completion phase, all of your order has been produced and accepted by our QC team and/or the third-party QC personnel of your choice. The finished products will be delivered to the location of your choice.
